The Enrollment and Fee form and Club/Team Registration instructions on entering rosters to the website are here under "Forms".All forms and checks must be received and all rosters entered with a minimum of 8 player by 5pm on Tuesday, February 1st. Late entries will be subject to a $70 per team late fee.
